**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to the company's services, including localization, data, performance, and more.
- Handle inquiries and resolve problems like missing or incorrect data in the system, forgotten passwords, and other similar issues.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Turkish at C1 level or higher.
- Communicative proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
- Currently residing in Portugal or willing to relocate.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

**What we offer**:

- Competitive base salary: 1,300 gross per month

**Contract Details**:

- Initial contract duration of 12 months, with the possibility of permanent employment after two years or one contract renewal.
- Private health insurance provided after contract signature, in addition to standard insurance.
