Location: Lisbon or Oporto

What do we want from you?
- Support customers and partners in the use and customization of our software solution.
- Assist customers and partners by resolving software problems and delivering software fixes where appropriate
- Collaborate with Product Devlopment teams to understand and fix software issues.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Key Responsibilities:

- Support Sage Enterprise Market solutions, with focus on Sage X3;
- Work with customers and partners to ensure they realize the benefits of their software.
- Understand and solve software problems and issues by identifying the problem, creating the scenario, arrange and create test plans and manage with Product Devlopment teams the delivery of any defect fixes, as required.
- Understand market requirements to establish, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Ensure effective communication of Customer (Service & Technical) related issues as required.
- Take ownership of problems and attend remote meetings to ensure the successful resolution of queries / issues.
- Work as part of a team to meet personal, team and organisational targets ensuring that the high working practices of the Support department are maintained and be actively involved in identifying improvements as appropriate.
- Manage and organize own workload to ensure that problems are resolved in line with client expectations.
- Anticipate and address potential client issues and work closely with key stakeholders on the development of products and services for customers.

Skills, know-how and experience
- Degree or experience in Finance, Management or Accounting management field
- 1 -2 years of relevant experience in ERP software ( Sage X3 is great)
- Fluency in English language, verbal and written
- Flexible, agile and innovative
- Proactive and team worker
- Plus: Experience working in a Agile environment
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Critical Knowledge
- Problem solving and logical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail;
