**About Construdata21**

In 2021 Construdata21 has become part of the Byggfakta Group, a multinational based in Sweden and leader in the European information and technology market for the construction sector, of which Vortal, based in Lisbon, is also a part.

Currently, Construdata21 employees a team of 40 professionals at its central offices in Vigo, as well as data agents distributed throughout the Iberian Peninsula.

Immersed in a process of international expansion, we want to expand our **team in Portugal **with a person focused on actively seeking information on new construction projects in the country.

**We need to incorporate a person into our team who, from our offices in Lisbon, develops research work to identify future construction works in Portugal, through daily searches in public sources on the Internet.**

**It would be dedicated to identifying and reviewing daily information sources of a public nature (EIA/AIA, Municipal Licenses, Public Architecture Contests...), in which identifying data of future works are published, from which the production team You can create complete files by telephone communication with your promoters.**

**responsibilities**
- Provide initial information of new construction works based on the tracing of public sources: municipal licenses, environmental permits and public records of other types of information.
- Telephone contact with heads of public bodies to locate and identify potential sources of information in the main municipalities of the country. Build relationships of trust with these informants to consolidate a recurring exchange of information.
- Contribute to getting as much information as possible about each project and its status (location, description of the work, construction phase, budget, promoter, builder, architect, etc. ) for publication on our website.

**Education**
- Education Secondary compulsory
- Languages: Portuguese and English (fluent, mandatory). Spanish preferential

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Skills in the management and evaluation of sources of public access information.
- Skills in obtaining, processing and interpreting data.
- Organisation, verification and planning capacity
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team.

**Experience**
- Previous experience is not essential, but it will be valued if you have knowledge or experience in the construction/real estate sector, public administrations, documentation projects or administrative procedures.
