Key responsibilities:
1. Business Development OEM: manage sales worldwide to answer RFI/RFQ and get new customers to sustain the leadership position of Faurecia Aptoide Automotive:

- Business expansion by regular scanning and seizing business opportunities
- Reception of OEM RFx documentation package and internal distribution
- Coordinate the technical answer to RFQ with Aptoide team
- Build a pricing strategy suiting OEM expectations and support Faurecia BP construction
- Support Faurecia Sales for internal processes (acquisition committee)

2. Program Management / Customer Success:

- Work with Program Managers to ensure good execution of the program and customer relationships:

- Regularly report on project status within program team and key stakeholders
- Ensure customer satisfaction (timing, quality, costs, product performance, risks...)
- Support crisis and escalation process within the organization
- Support achieving the strategic goals by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets,
- Ensuring all transversal activities with Faurecia (Sales, Controlling, Product, Management)
- Build staffing matrix for development with FAA engineers

3. General Management and Chief Technology Officer role
- Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity
- Manage offer on a technical standpoint
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
- Leading board meeting including alignment with shareholders, materials and follow-up
- Legal responsible of FAA entities (signing of hiring contract, payments)
- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently

Qualifications & experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- 10+ relevant years of relevant experience in the automotive industry (Android environment)

Competences:

- Proven knowledge of Android Automotive
- Proven experience as in Business Development, Program Management and general management with a strong focus on automotive industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end delivery of software solutions to clients in the automotive sector.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans and budgets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Problem-solving abilities to address issues and roadblocks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and German is a plus.
