**Le tue missioni**:

- Diventa un Agente Incassatore
- La magia avverrà se avrete ottime capacità di comunicazione e di negoziazione. All'interno del dipartimento Finanze, sarete incaricati di gestire il rischio dei clienti e di ottimizzarne i tempi di pagamento.

**In programma...**
- Monitorare i conti per individuare i debiti non pagati.
- Individuare e contattare i clienti per sollecitare i pagamenti in ritardo.
- Adottare misure per incoraggiare il pagamento puntuale dei debiti.
- Esaminare i dati storici per ogni debito o fattura.
- Gestire domande, pagamenti e rimborsi.
- Risolvere i problemi di fatturazione e di credito dei clienti.
- Aggiornare i dati sullo stato dei conti e le iniziative di riscossione.
- Riferire sull'attività di riscossione e sullo stato dei crediti.
- Tenere traccia dei conti assegnati per identificare i debiti non pagati.
- Negoziare con i debitori, ove possibile, per evitare problemi futuri.
- Un Cash Collector dovrà essere empatico con i clienti, persistente e impegnato a raggiungere i propri obiettivi.

- Esperienza significativa come negoziatore (minimo 2 anni)
- Inglese professionale, letto, parlato e scritto
