- As Systems Support Specialist for incident management, you will be responsible for effectively maintaining systems and tools and, contributing to your discipline’s broader goals, to enable the Company to meet its objectives to prevent harm to our people, our asset, the environment and Company reputation. You contribute to the promotion of strong leadership and culture across the organization.**Responsabilities**
- Business / functional administration of systems and tools, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively. Interface between IT department / developers and end-users;
- Identification and evaluation of users’ need, providing recommendations for improvements. Provision of input to system development and upgrades. Performance of User Acceptance Tests, if required.- Provision of first-line support to users worldwide, as well as guidance and advice on the use of the Incident Management system;
- Monitoring of incident reports and investigations content in the system to support HSSE and Quality departments with regards to information accuracy and contribute to preventing harm to people, asset, environment and reputation;
- Collection, preparation and compilation of data and information to assist with the creation of new KPIs and Microsoft Power BI reports. Performing rend analysis to identify recurring themes and support management decision-making;
- Tracking and following up of incident-related corrective actions;
- Provision of training material and awareness campaigns related to the tool and the reporting / investigation process.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English
- Solid experience on Quality and HSSE system administration- Knowledge of IFS will be a plus
- Experience in designing and deploying reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI will be a plus
