Project Leader for Heat Pump Development

**Your contribution to something big**:
Within Bosch Home Comfort, you will join a growing area of development of Electrical Solutions, the new and improved heating solutions for a sustainable future, Heat Pumps.

Your contribution as Project Leader will be to create the essential value added into successful product introduction for our heat pump business. For that you will:

- Lead development projects of heat pumps with the focus to introduce products with hand over to market;
- Work with Time_To_Market (TTM) process, taking products from Requirements Engineering to finished product;
- Lead project teams in a cross-functional and international setup.
- Accompany all project phases, since the planning, tracking and continuous review and report;
- Manage product costs together with the project budget;
- Ensure communication and exchange with parallel TTM-Projects and Modules;
- Identify risks, create transparency and proactively handle solutions.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- ** Educational background**: degree in engineering or equivalent;
- ** Experience**: Project management for product development projects, with a deep knowledge in project phases, knowledge areas, leading and communicating with project teams and PMF trainings;
- ** Know-How**: knowledge in using Project Management tools to create transparency for team and stakeholders. Preferably, good technical understanding of HVAC systems;
- ** Work tools**: Proficient with Office and project management tools (Excel, MS- Project, Sciforma);
- ** Work style**: organizational attitude and effective presentations skills. Analytical and structured work style with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to guide teams and promote fruitful empathy with customers;
- ** Personality**: proactive, curious and interested in continuous development and learning, as well as people oriented. Interest in working in an international set up;
- ** Languages**: very good knowledge of English.
