As the Chief of Staff of a tech native company, you will be working closely with the CTO and CEO, proactively managing and contributing to the company’s priorities. You will work closely with all functions, engaging with company staff and senior management to ensure alignment and drive key operational and strategic initiatives.
This role offers a unique opportunity to transition into other key positions within the organisation as we continue to grow.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Planning & Programs**:
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to determine and prioritise business strategies.
- Prepare for and facilitate key team meetings, including strategy discussions, investor conversations, and board meetings.
- Develop and track metrics and KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement new initiatives to elevate our company to a world-class tech leader.
- Act as an internal consultant, optimising organisational performance across multiple departments.
**Cross-Functional Management**:
- Project Management: Take complete ownership of projects from inception to completion, managing scope, cost, schedule, risks, and interdependencies.
- Foster synergies across the business ecosystem, driving long-term sustainability.
- Build consensus and influence decision-making with cross-functional teams and leadership.
**Reporting, Metrics, and KPIs**:
- Plan and manage budgets, tracking expenses and measuring ROI.
- Partner with Finance to analyse and review organisational budgets and reconcile discrepancies.
- Gather and analyse data to develop strategic recommendations.
- Manage executive-level reporting and track key OKRs to monitor strategic goals.
**Communications and Change Management**:
- Establish a structured communication cadence for meetings and ongoing updates.
- Increase visibility and drive alignment through program and function reviews.
**Knowledge & Experience**:
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, ideally from strategy consulting or project management.
- Strong academic background, with a master’s degree in Business or Finance; MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, hands-on approach, and emotional intelligence.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about technology.
- Strong business acumen with experience in research, analysis, marketing, and strategy development.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and planning skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is required; French is a plus.
