Execute the wine service in partnership with the Head Chef, in order to ensure the provision of excellent service and customer satisfaction. We operate on the stage of luxury hospitality, where exquisiteness, beauty, stimulating sensations and exceeding expectations are present at all times and in everything we do. Here, the Restaurants have been carefully prepared, with a total of 12 - ranging from relaxed meals served by the sea, composed of traditional Portuguese dishes, to unique gastronomic creations in our two Michelin-starred restaurant - diversity is therefore the key to our gastronomic philosophy and 8 bars. Our impressive wine cellar, with over 11,000 bottles, ensures the perfect accompaniment wherever you dine. In this role you will: Act in accordance with HACCP standards; Act in accordance with the Luxury Hospitality standards applicable to your role; Supervise the tidiness and cleanliness of the facilities assigned to the function; Receive customers, according to the standards imposed; Advise the best wines according to the chosen dishes and tastes of the customers; Serve wines and drinks during customer meals; Prepare the room in collaboration with the head waiter; Tidying up and rotating existing stocks in the Wine Cellar.
