DATA PRIVACY CONTROLS SENIOR ANALYST (JOB NUMBER: 2402LCF17512)

**About the job**

Operate the 1st LoD CIB Data Privacy and Protection Controls framework according to Group methodology and tooling, and support its continuous improvement and evolution in order to align with the RCSA framework and better capture personal data privacy and protection risks

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Transpose the relevant Generic Control Libraries, into the CIB Central Control Library and creation Local Control Plans in line with the Group's risk management framework
- Coordinate the deployment and execution of controls at the relevant level of granularity, ensuring consistency of execution across the different control owners and executioners
- Define and follow-up on Action Plans implementation when relevant
- Ensure consistency of the Control framework with LOD2 ITP, and ECB recommendations
- Promote the standardization of the Control framework by supporting Regions in the deployment of their control frameworks
- Act as central SPOC to several stakeholders, including feeding control framework results to ICC CIB with CIB CDO, and RCSA with OPC Métiers/Functions
- Perform periodic and ad-hoc reporting to the appropriate level of management as well as independent control functions
- Ensure the knowledge base is up to date, including the management of the CIB Control Procedure, and coach as necessary more junior members of the team
