**Responsibilities**:

- Support our operation to ensure company-set standards across the managed properties **between Albufeira & Vilamoura**;
- Perform regular quality control visits or in between reservations (cleaning, maintenance, equipment’s verification);
- Represent company in welcoming providers, equipment’s & services;
- Perform check-ins when needed or follow up clients’ reservations;
- Be present during deliveries or maintenances;
- Buying and deliver needed equipment’s;
- Facilitate communication with different suppliers such as decoration and construction companies, to guarantee the best possible outcome for every apartment;
- Ensure responsive solutions to inhouse guests with difficulties.

**What We are Looking For**:

- Academical background in Tourism or Hospitality area (not eliminatory);
- English fluency (other will be a plus);
- Ability to assess problems and predict consequences in order to define appropriate actions;
- Soft Skills: punctual, responsible, autonomous, flexible, trustable, likes filed work in contact with clients; attention to detail; dynamism, proactivity, sense of responsibility and initiative;
- Driving license and own vehicle.
