A **Securitas Direct** é uma multinacional de origem sueca especializada na venda e monitorização de alarmes para residências e pequenos negócios e em Portugal, somos Escolha do Consumidor pelo 8.º ano consecutivo.

Com o objetivo de gerir e desenvolver o **Universo Digital da Securitas Direct** e suas Marcas (Verisure, Arlo Cams), procuramos um** Especialista (M/F) em Marketing Digital** com experiência na gestão de campanhas de paid media no ecossistema** Google (Search, Display, Discovery, P-Max)** com o objetivo de geração de leads e performance para as equipas de vendas.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desenvolver estratégias e monitorizar o budget diário, garantindo o seu máximo desempenho e rentabilidade;
- Planeamento, implementação, monitorização e performance de campanhas de _Paid Media_ (PPC, SEM);
- Tradução dos objetivos do negócio em KPIs digitais e analisar métricas web para o desenvolvimento de reports analíticos;
- Analisar e monitorizar o comportamento orgânico dos projectos, incluindo _keyword research_, _bidding strategies_, controlo do CPL e rotação de anúncios;
- Apoiar e orientar as atividades da equipa criativa, garantido uma comunicação linear, consistente e que reflita todas as boas práticas técnicas na criação das peças;
- Realizar constante benchmarking e análise de concorrência;
- Manter-se atualizado com os avanços de Performance Marketing e atualizações das plataformas;
- Experiência na utilização de ferramentas de A/B Testing como _Google Optimize_.
- Experiência em ferramentas de medição como _Universal Analytics_ ou _GA4_.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura em Marketing (ou similar);
- Experiências anteriores em implementação de campanhas de _social _e _paid media_ (obrigatório);
- Certificações Google (diferencial);
- Conhecimento avançado de Excel (diferencial)
- Valoriza-se conhecimentos de GTM, Data Studio, _Power BI_, _Google Optimize_, DV360, SA360, GA4;
- Conhecimentos em performance e gestão em TROAS e VBB;
- Capacidade de analisar estrategicamente as necessidades dos clientes;
- Pensamento analítico, orientado para os resultados e objetivos do cliente
- Sentido crítico, orientação para processos e eficiência;
- Organização, produtividade e dinamismo;
- Conhecimentos de Inglês e Espanhol.
