**A PPM Coachers está a recrutar para a função de Senior Business Analyst**

**A tua missão**:

- Investigar e compreender casos e objetivos de negócios;
- Planear e definir Roadmaps;
- Planear e definir o âmbito das Soluções;
- Realizar o levantamento de requisitos junto dos stakeholders;
- Discutir requisitos em workshops (Design Thinking);
- Desenvolver a análise funcional incluindo documentação funcional ou técnica (diagrama de contexto/diagrama de classes/ERD);
- Elaborar e acompanhar o desenvolvimento de testes de aceitação (UAT);
- Apoiar na gestão da mudança organizacional.

**Requirements**:

- Licenciatura em Gestão, Informática ou similares;
- Experiência mínima de 5 anos na função de Business Analyst (preferencialmente em projetos Analytics;
- Experiência em consultas SQL;
- Experiência em outra função de IT (por exemplo, Desenvolvimento, Testes, Gestão de Projetos);
- Experiência com metodologias Tradicionais, Ágeis e Design Thinking;
- Experiência na gestão de roadmaps /product backlog;
- Experiência em ferramentas como Jira e Confluence.
- Inglês C1.
