**Network Animator - 2024 (M/F) North of Portugal**

**Objectives**

To support, grow, train, push performance and build good level of relationships with our Partner Network of car dealerships and banking agencies, which introduce new business to Arval.

He / She will report to the White Label & Car Dealer Manager & Bank Channel Manager.

**Responsibilities**

To develop our partner network through a good knowledge of our services, processes and organization.

To know all business variables in the market, car manufacturers, banking channel and customers.

Train and support the network ensuring their complete understanding of our products and services, in order to achieve the necessary performance. This can mean to organize training sessions, make use of our marketing material or give technical support for the use of our IT platforms.

To analyze the performance of our network partners and branches. To build and analyze sales metrics, market share, customer satisfaction and other kip’s, in order to identify areas of improvement.

To do the follow-up of proposals and important prospects.

To help solve problems and challenges faced by the network/agencies regarding sales, products or services.

To define with the Managers the sales objectives of each dealership/agency.

To prepare regular visit and performance reports.

To have full knowledge of our Service agreement, products and services.

To adhere to the objectives set regarding number of visits per week to be performed to dealerships and agencies.

To represent Arval in meetings with prospects and clients, when requested by the network

**Your profile**
- 12th grade or equivalent, but given preference to a Bachelor’s Degree (will be valued in Management, Marketing or Engineering);

At least 5 years of working experience in the Renting industry or Car Sales in Dealerships;

Fluent in Portuguese (English is a plus);

Knowledge of the automotive sector with a strong appetite for mobility-related topics is a plus;

Customer focus, open, curious, enthusiastic, open and collaborative style;

Teamwork, active listener, highly motivated;

Ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution;

Strong communication skills.
