Communications Assistant

We are Upfront Pharma - a team of like-minded people that are united by a common passion - the pharma business. Started as a Portuguese wholesale distributor of medicines and medicinal products 10 years ago, we gradually expanded our scope and introduced the Beauty & Cosmetics industry in our operations. Currently, we are the official representatives and distributors of LABO products in Portugal (mainly Crescina and Fillerina).

We are looking for a Communication Assistant that can help us grow our brands and successfully launch new projects in the market.

**Job description**:
Support the marketing team in implementing our e-commerce shop in the European market (focused in Portugal);
Helping us improve our website and bring up new ideas to make our performance even better;
Collaboration in the execution of all Marketing actions foreseen in the annual plan or others that may arise in the future;
**Implementation of marketing actions**: launching campaigns, production of support materials (visuals and copywrite), publishing organic content.
Analysis and monitoring of market / competition, in terms of products and services;
Monitoring activity on social networks, checking message and comment boxes, as well as alerting to events that require responses;
Ensuring the relationship with communication and advertising agencies when needed.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or similar;
Excellent written and oral communication skills (Portuguese and English);
Creative thinking, aesthetic sense and design skills;
Previous experience in Marketing and Communication functions is valued, but not a requirement;
Good spirit, motivation and energy.
