**Key responsibilities**
- Locate possible suppliers and qualify new suppliers
- Manage and build supplier relations
- Coordinate and manage inventory requirements
- Prepare cost estimates
- Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Place, update and maintain records of all orders
- Track orders and ensuring timely deliveries
- Coordinate with the commercial team and following up on delays

**Requirements**:

- Higher education
- Ability to communicate in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Systems thinking and strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excel — intermediate level or above
- Ideally some experience in clothing industry
- Ideally some experience working with ERP database
