A Direção SUSTENTABILIDADE E STAKEHOLDERS da EDP Produção, está a recrutar um(a) Sustainability Project Management

Descritivo de funções:

- Colaboração em atividades e projetos transversais de sustentabilidade/ESG com diferentes stakeholders internos e externos;
- Dinamização de novos projetos de sustentabilidade alinhados com a estratégia ESG da EDP;
- Gestão e apoio na execução do plano atuação transversal das iniciativas de sustentabilidade, contribuindo de forma proativa para o cumprimento dos objetivos;
- Acompanhamento das tendências de sustentabilidade, promovendo a sua integração nas diferentes unidades organizativas da EDP Produção;
- Desenvolvimento de apresentações/conteúdos/etc para partilha interna e externa das atividades desenvolvidas nesta Direção;
- Contribuição para reportes internos e externos;
- Analisar e identificar oportunidades de otimização e transformação de processos;
- Contacto e relação com diferentes stakeholders;
- Estruturar, gerir sistemas de informação, analisar e interpretar dados relativos à atividade para apoio à tomada de decisão

Que tipo de perfil procuramos?
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em áreas como Engenharia, Gestão e Negócios, Sustentabilidade ou áreas relacionadas;
- Experiência profissional, no mínimo de 5 anos (preferencial);
- Conhecimento obrigatórios em gestão de projetos e ferramentas de apoio;
- Capacidade analítica e de business planning;
- Capacidade de negociação e de liderança;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e apresentação, como capacidade de articular informações complexas de forma clara e concisa
- Conhecimentos e experiência em políticas de ESG (preferencial)
- Conhecimento de projetos de inovação ambiental (preferencial);
- Domínio de MS Office (principalmente Excel e Power Point), e experiência em Power BI (preferencial) e Sharepoint (preferencial);
- Fluente em português e inglês (obrigatório), espanhol (preferencial);
- Carta de condução e disponibilidade para deslocações pontuais (obrigatório);
- Capacidade de organização, de análise, comunicação, autonomia, proatividade e resiliência, colaboração e networking, com espírito crítico e construtivo para a resolução de problemas, são competências privilegiadas.
