**What’s the opportunity about?**:
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to lead the technical conversations with our customers and ensure their needs are fully met by our products, establishing a bridge between our Revenue and product and R&D teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, growth-oriented Solutions Consultant to join a small and growing SC team and take a front row seat at the world’s fastest growing AI/translation company.
**For this role you can be based in Lisbon, Madrid, London or Berlin.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Understanding requirements and defining an optimised Unbabel solution for our diverse customer base (including customers in gaming, B2C tech, retail and travel).
- Educating our customers on the strengths of our products with exceptional customized demos.
- Working alongside Account Managers to drive expansion opportunities and ensure our customer's technical requirements are aligned to business outcomes.
- Supporting the preparation and execution of Strategic Workshops with customers, both on site and via zoom.
- Bringing structured feedback from the customers to our Product and Engineering teams to help shape the product roadmap.
- Managing all discussions on integrations, technical requirements, data processing and security.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience as a Post-Sales Solution Consultant or Solutions Engineer in SaaS tech and/or Language Solution space.
- Experience building and delivering Statements of Work (SoWs), handling functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs in an independent manner.
- Ability to lead architectural/technical/API discussions, and build prototypes to showcase API functionality.
- A passion for technology and the ability to translate that passion into business impact for our customers.
- Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills
