We are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our Metyis Academy team in Porto.

**What you will do**:

- Collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to coordinate the design and delivery of L&D initiatives and programs.
- Serve as the focal point for assisting in operational details to implement training in diverse contexts, including in-person, remote, and e-learning formats.
- Ensure that L&D materials are kept up to date.
- Evaluate the success of L&D interventions.
- Provide high-quality analysis and reporting support.
- Research the external environment to ensure that our solutions are industry-leading.
- Foster collaborative work with team members and establish partnerships with wider business stakeholders.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in an L&D (preferred) or HR operational role.
- Previous experience in a tech environment (preferred).
- Proficiency and familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office 365 tools, e-learning platforms, among others.
- Capability of selecting the appropriate metrics for reporting and tracking, with the flexibility to present insightful and relevant metric reports.
- Strong ownership and accountability, emphasizing an approach focused in problem-solving and collaboration.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, also actively listens to others.
- Detail-orientation, organization, and forward-looking, with a continuous improvement mindset for all processes.
- Feeling comfortable engaging with individuals from different countries, diverse backgrounds, and all levels within the organization.
