**What you’ll do**

**We'll Ask You To**:

- Manage the website design, development, content, and performance to ensure optimal user experience, conversion rates
- Own and optimize organic search program to increase reach and drive leads
- Manage and optimize social media channels to increase followers and engagement
- Manage agency partner relationships to maximize impact for digital SEO, UX/UI and web development
- Translate business objectives into focused digital campaign efforts that achieve awareness, engagement, leads, and revenue KPIs
- Set up, manage, and optimize UTM tracking parameters to accurately track and report on campaign performance across multiple channels and platforms
- Build a knowledge bank of the target audience and understand their preferences, behaviors, and needs to reach and convert them effectively
- Design and partner with marketing peers to build reporting and dashboards
- Maintain strong market intelligence, keeping up to date on digital marketing trends and a competitive environment, and incorporate best practice channel management
- Manage digital channel tech stack and track ROI to inform future martech strategies
- Collaborate closely with the content marketing manager to plan content strategy and optimize for search
- Advocate for and drive visibility of marketing campaign strategies and digital performance across the Liminal teamAdditional marketing team projects as needed

**Qualifications**:

- BS/MS in B2B marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5+ experience in digital marketing or related marketing role
- Experience in digital identity, fraud prevention, cybersecurity or fintech is preferred
- Experience in Web UX design is a plus
- Be familiar with growth marketing principles and tactics
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skillsTeam-oriented with a positive attitude
- Proven success in strategy, framework, development, and execution of digital channel optimization and multichannel digital campaigns
- Experience in using Hubspot, WordPress and/or comparable marketing automation and CRM tools
