We are more than 900 Frulacteans, bringing know-how to our clients from our sites in Europe (Portugal, France, Germany and Switzerland), North America (Canada) and Africa (Morocco and South Africa). Frulact’s headquarters are based in Maia, and the group is participated by Ardian, a world leading private investment company.
We are looking for an
**Plant Manager** for our Manufacturing in Reinach - Switzerland
**Responsabilities of the role**
- Responsible for the industrial process
- Plan, direct, and coordinate production, logistics and maintenance departments
- Oversee proper implementation of safety procedures
- Control costs to meet budgets and reduce costs to achieve savings
- Implement a plan for continuous improvement
- Effectively manage staff by setting clear, concise performance objectives, providing regular feedback, and development through training and accountability
- Ensure compliance with all Company and Government policies and regulations
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Assure that good manufacturing practices (HACCP, GSFI Standards, Hygiene and Cleanness) are implemented and aligned with the group Quality policies
**Education**
- Degree or Master in Management/ Industrial Management (or similar)
- Certification in the areas of Food hygiene and safety and quality standards
**Qualifications**
- Minimum experience of 5 years in the food industry, in a similar role
- Fluency in English, any other language especially French is an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and method
- Capable of planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with Frulact goals
- Proactivity, team spirit and conflict management
- Flexibility and critical sense
- High autonomy and capacity to decision-making
