**We are looking for a Video & Photo Editor and Distribution Specialist to join our team in the Airbus GBS in Lisbon**

**Responsibilities - your mission**

You will be part of a team in the international and cross-divisional Audiovisual Content Perimeter (GBV) in Brand, Strategy and Content Communications (GB), to shape and deliver high quality content to grow the Airbus brand and reputation at the highest level. Your mission will consist in collecting, organizing, and issuing library resources such as photos, images, videos, and audio files. Your role will reinforce an audiovisual end-to-end management process through effective research & distribution of audiovisual products and remains always within legal boundaries. This mission covers:
**Multimedia librarian management**
- Research, Select,
- Ensure that the material provided matches the targeted audiences expectations for 3 divisions (internal & external),
- Reference, Index, Enhance and disseminate information, Transfer & Deliver multimedia data via online tool
- Support publication for online/social media communication strategy
- Manage multimedia licenses for external documentary or TV purpose

**Image & video post production**
- Retouch photos, integrate copyrights
- Cut some footage, video and edit new format for AV team or suppliers to integrate in a final video

**Library management**
- Participate and contribute to adaptation and / or improvements of the tool if needed (find easily the right image at the right time)
- Audit regularly the database to improve the usage and reduce carbon footprint
- KPIs
- Weekly reportings to the team
- Write specification to implement / improve the functional ways of working to have an efficient multimedia documentary system
- Act as a point of contact for questions/direct to Business Focal point when necessary

In addition, you will **contribute to the Centre of Competence **of the Communication platform on audiovisual content topics:

- Support researches and advise Users on updates of the platform and its new functionalities (Build / Update a process documentation on technical topics / organize virtual trainings / How to find the right image at the right time)
- Maintain and coordinate the access rights for the end users
- Act as Coach to the teams & suppliers during the implementation phase - Transfer the archive in a same on single tool (6 months)
- Librarian expertise (ability to order items by date, name or alphabetical, information gathering, write specification)
- Audiovisual Eye oriented experience (images, photos, videos, infographics)
- Creative
- Ability to think analytically and to develop new or revised systems, procedures, and workflow
- Experience with IT tools Google Environment (slides, Sheet, Doc, etc.)
- Adobe Suite After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator
- Structured way of working with resilience and proactiveness
- Effective Communication and Project Management skills
