**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Support the Communication cluster to drive the digital transformation of Siemens Energy Procurement.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

We need your support in the following areas:

- Support communication efforts for global transformational change initiatives across the company to accelerate successful adoption of change for all stakeholders.
- Support in the creation of intranet and SharePoint sites to ensure data transparency.
- Supporting creative communication activities such as newsletter articles, presentations, video creation or social media posting to inform procurement about important procurement topics.

**What You Bring**
- Studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in a communications-related field (PR, journalism, marketing, etc.) are preferred.
- Interest in the topic of cultural change and transformation as well as affinity for digital technologies
- Creative, communicative, pragmatic, and enthusiastic personality
- Independent approach to work, high sense of responsibility, proactivity, and team spirit
- Ability to tell a compelling story - turning complex concepts into easily digestible, engaging messages.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Experience with tools like VISIO, Photoshop, and Video creation software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), German is an advantage
