Then come and join our global Application Governance team as Processes Manager Accounting (f/m/d) and ensure the success of Siemens Healthineers with harmonized and optimized accounting processes throughout our organization.

**Your responsibilities**
- You take over the Application Governance for accounting processes in the SHS ERP and sub systems
- You are managing the Accounting related Change Request and align the portfolio with IT and thus are the interface between Accounting and IT in the global Demand Management
- You will be responsible for the Accounting Business Process Management including the definition of tools and methods as well as the continuous development of the accounting process inventory
- You will drive the standardization of processes and tools to ensure harmonized accounting processes for our ERP and sub systems
- You will build a cross-departmental network to optimize interfaces and ensure state of the art end to end processes reflecting the accounting requirements.

**Your qualifications**
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics, business informatics or a comparable education.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the finance area with focus on process improvements combined with expertise in the accounting operations.
- You have excellent methodological knowledge of business process management and sound expertise in project work.
- Strong knowledge of business process management tools and SAP FI-CO
- Ideally, you have experience as a process or SAP consultant with knowledge of S/4 HANA.
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and strong communication skills complete your profile.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), further languages are a plus.
