- We are looking for a Product Support Delivery Manager to join us In this role, you will be responsible for delivering against business commitments for product support services for the respective CMS portfolio area on a global basis._

- In a typical day as a Product Support Delivery Manager, you would:_
- Structure the support organization for the Mobile Core 5G CMS portfolio area, aligned with the organizational principles agreed within the CMS Customer Experience and Support Leadership Team.
- Deploy workforce strategy and maintain strong employee engagement
- People management of the support team for the respective CMS portfolio area
- Organize WW delivery work, WW rotations, duties, case queues
- Develop product expertise for the support team for the respective CMS portfolio area
- Assess extended support requests & provide approval
- Maintain CMS customer satisfaction with support as a competitive advantage
- Work with R&D, Product and Quality stakeholders for the respective CMS portfolio area on support readiness and supportability requirements.
- Work with partners for the respective CMS portfolio area on OEM review and support readiness
- Review and approve as a stakeholder, the support Blueprints for the respective CMS portfolio area and work with support architects for creation and updates of these.
- Provide the L3 Product Support Management (in some specific teams) where this is aligned with the agreed organizational strategy.
- Participate in technical escalations, leading from the support perspective and working with ASMs / Escalation Managers as per the WW Escalation Management Process
- Effectively manage the Cost of the team delivering the support function for the respective CMS portfolio area.
- Provide accurate cost planning
- Propose operational efficiencies
- Contribute to key contract renewals, helping the ISS and Regional Sales team prepare negotiations on key renewals when asked.
- Participate in Customer Experience Management initiatives an drive a culture of Customer Centricity across the team.
- If you have:_
- Education and Experience Required:
- Typically 12+ years to demonstrate mastery of Service Business Management.
- Established management background of high level individual contributors (people management).
- Typically first level and advanced level university degree.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent market knowledge.
- Need broad knowledge competitive market dynamics, business models, business strategies and processes.
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of corporate organization and policies, and cross functional roles and objectives.
- Strong skills in management of people and business relationships, knowledge in organizational design and planning, problem solving, managing individual and team productivity and dynamics, and excellent communication, and negotiation and influencing skills in cross-functional teams.
- Must have a solid understanding of business management principles, financial expertise and strategic planning methods.
- Recognized as authority in their area of expertise. Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and drive change across functions. Very strong leadership, people and business management skills.
- More frequent influence at cross-functionally and on executive level.
