The **Product Education Team** is responsible for developing and delivering all training and documentation for Feedzai. Our team creates engaging learning paths, courses, modules, user guides, and documentation to empower users to understand and use our products effectively.
**You**:
**Your Day to Day**:
- Collaborate closely with development teams to produce documentation for a portfolio of products.
- Make complex ideas, concepts, and tasks understandable to our diverse personas.
- Create and maintain top-quality documentation that is effective and persona-centric.
- Work independently or in collaboration with other Technical Writers in the team, receiving and giving feedback to improve the documentation.
- Work in a "docs as code" and agile methodology, where documentation is produced and published following the same process as software, creating a complete product package.
- Help connect and integrate documentation and training materials to create one cohesive learning experience for our users.
**You Have and You Know-how**:
- Experience in a technical writing position at a software company, ideally with a good understanding of Agile methodologies
- MSc degree preferred, with education in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, Education, Communications or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial.
- Ability to solve complex problems in effective and creative ways.
- High level of organization, with acute attention to detail and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to interact with peers, management, and customers in order to share and gain acceptance of complex information.
- Use independent judgment to solve strategic challenges that impact the department and the organization.
- You thrive in rapidly changing environments with competing and shifting priorities, while keeping focused on quality and detail.
- Capability to keep the big picture in mind and are always on the lookout for ways to evolve.
- Previous experience with user requirements and content structuring either in technical writing or similar environments.
- Experience working in a docs-as-code approach is desirable.
- Experience documenting APIs and mobile integration is desirable.
