**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Lead the development of P&L for the assigned area and drive sales and achieve defined profitability indicators.
- Ensure implementation of the commercial strategy for distribution and merchandising.
- Promote and implement action plans for distribution and sales objectives.
- Monitor relevant customer variables and propose value propositions.
- Propose and collaborate in the search for new business opportunities.
- Plan and monitor forecasts with the Sales Director.
- Participate in the continuous improvement process to enhance profitability.

**OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE**:

- University education
- Expertise in Office 365, Power BI, Sales Force and desirable knowledge of BI (BEX), BluePlanner and SSIS.
- Experience: minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Proven experience in sales and customer management positions within the commercial area at the point of sale and strong negotiation skills.
- Driving License
