**Profile**
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or similar field
- Good knowledge of English and/or another European language
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
- Strong Team Work skills
- Good analytical and Organisation skills
- Effective business writing and professional communication skills
- Ability to work in an international global work environment
- 2+ years of work experience in Finance
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Knowledge of accounting standards in one of the following GAAPs: Portugal, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, UK or USA.
- Experience in F&A (finance and accounting) shared services centre environments preferred

**Responsabilities**
- Participation in project work: conclude final stage of IFRS 16 project implementation - work with external consultant (Cushman & Wakefield) to automate accounting entries
- Monitor the collection of lease contracts information and documentation from all kp entities and qualify the submission of new leases or changes to existing leases under the IFRS 16 norm
- Review IFRS 16 monthly lease accounting entries proposed by CoStar and prepare kp accounting entries
- Reconcile BPC, CoStar reporting and manual accounting entries, on a monthly basis
- Monthly variance analysis to IFRS 16 accounting entries per site/division
- Close cooperation with local teams, for provision of accounting entries and with Consolidation for financial statements disclosures
- Close cooperation with Treasury and FP&A to provide forecast information
- Provide support to internal or external auditors
- Ensure Incremental Borrowing Rate (IBR) is updated on a yearly basis, either internally or with external support
- Ensure annual training is provided on embedded leases to kp organization
- Perform self-audit to IFRS 16 accounting process
