**Vale de Cambra, Portugal**:
**Main Activities and Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, including confidentiality agreements, employment contracts and service contracts;
- Carrying out legal research and drafting legal opinions;
- Supporting the implementation of legal compliance objectives;
- Collaboration with the company’s internal areas, providing legal support and advice on the various areas of legal practice, with a particular focus on employment, intellectual property, commercial, corporate and litigation;
- Management of legal documentation, allowing easy access and assistance to the various areas of the company.

**We are looking for**:

- Degree in Law (no professional license required);
- Experience/knowledge in the areas of commercial, civil, private contracts, intellectual property and labor preferred;
- Proficiency in English and Spanish;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially excel and word);
- Good written and oral communication;
- Good ability to manage pressure and time.
