You will be a part of the Hays tech team working on a the GBS of a major Portuguese conglomerate, impacting directly on the results of the core business
Your Tasks
**As an L1 Helpdesk, your responsibilities will include**:
Logging, tracking, and managing incidents and service requests using the service desk tool.
Escalating issues to the L2 and L3 support teams when necessary.
Ensuring timely resolution of issues and providing regular updates to the end-users.
Assisting in the maintenance and management of the Office 365 environment.
What you\'ll need to succeed
1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk support role.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Driving License
