We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

**What you will be doing**:

- Deliver an exceptional reservation experience by handling customer interactions via phone and other channels
- Match hotel offerings to guest needs, driving revenue, brand loyalty, and customer satisfaction
- Utilize information and tools effectively to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, hotel details, reservation policies, and payment terms as a Hotel Booking & Sales Expert for IHG
- Assist guests with concerns before, during, or after their travel
- Seek opportunities to improve individual and team performance
- Support and motivate team members to achieve collective goals

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in **German language (must be at least C2**)
- Communicative level of **English language **( **at least B2**)
- Be in Lisbon or be ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

- Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration
