**Customer Service for Expedia (German market) in Lisbon**:

- Fixed-Term Full-Time_

Do you have a passion for travel, and you speak German? Find a job in your native language and work for a leading online travel company while enjoying the good weather in Lisbon.

You will help German travelers to easily research and book their trips. Join an international team and work with people from all over the world

**About the Company**:
**Your profile**:

- Your first language is German.
- Fluent in English (B2).
- Passionate and familiar with the travel industry (popular destinations, airlines, hotel chains).
- Available to work on the project between 7h00 and 21h00 (possibly weekends).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Quick and effective assistance with questions regarding hotel bookings.
- Solve inquiries on topics such as hotel overbooking, incorrect bookings, and updates of existing bookings.
- Professional management of customer data, booking changes, adjustments, and any other customer concerns.
- Provide helpful and effective service in case customers need support during their trip.
- Customer care for various partner companies in the Expedia network.
