We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

**About the project**:
Work for one of the 500 highest-grossing companies in the world (Global 500 List) and operates one of the five most frequently visited websites globally, according to various statistics.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Outbound calls for more efficient problem-solving;
- Focus on tablets for video conferencing, as well as virtual reality headsets and glasses;
- Basic troubleshooting using diagnostic software;
- Performing simple repairs;
- Advising on workarounds and providing alternative solutions.

Please note that for this position, both good German and English skills, spoken and written, are required.

**Requirements**:

- German level C1 or native
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**What you will gain**:

- full time contract
- Salary without accommodation: 1900 euros gross / month
- Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1500 euros gross / month

**IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package**:

- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
- Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
- Accommodation in the city - discounted from the salary - then salary would be 1030 euros gross
