If you're passionate about software, love a challenge, and are ready to embark on an exciting learning journey, this is your opportunity to become an Android Pioneer.

**Your **Journey as an Android Pioneer Wannabe**:

- **Intensive Learning Program**: Participate in our **two-month on-site Academy**, **starting on** **the 20th of January, **where you'll learn fundamental concepts of Software Development, C++ Foundations, (C++), Application development (Kotlin), Android Automotive Platform (Kotlin/ C++) and relevant technologies. DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Automation, and Infrastructure, are also covered.
- **Fullstack** **Developmen**t: Work across the fullstack, from developing robust system services in Kotlin and C++ to creating interactive user interfaces with modern Kotlin frameworks.
- **Agile **Methodology Participation**: Actively engage in Scrum events, contributing to the agile development process.

**Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’ll be developing**:

- **Object-Oriented** **Programming**: Develop proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts and practices.
- **Android SDK and **Android Studio**: Learn to use the latest versions of Android and how to take advantage of the tools to improve your productivity.
- **Android Development Patterns**: Learn to work with the most recent Android patterns and best practices, ensuring performance and stability.

**The Essential Skills for Your Journey**:

- Have an **Academic** **background in a related field**.
- Be a **team player** with **excellent English oral and written skills.**:

- Have a strong **motivation** for software development** and the listed technical domains.
- Be ready to **adapt** **and learn continuously **in a dynamic workplace.

- **Embrace agile **and its implementation frameworks namely **Scrum**, to make the most out of all its events and work to keep evolving a high-performing team.
- **Be available to be a cross-functional team** member by using and developing new skills and enabling a fully responsible team able to cover the whole product lifecycle.
- **Run and **operate developed software inside and outside working hours** if needed, to provide high quality software services (extra compensation will be applicable).
- **Be available to travel **abroad for short periods, as required to support all the phases of the product development cycle when needed.
