We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Controller to manage and control our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations for our fast-paced PE backed software company.

The Corporate Controller will, with support of the Consolidation manager, be responsible for the monthly consolidation of the group figures, balance sheet control and reviews. Together with the Finance and Control team the Corporate controller is proactively initiating improvements to optimize and standardize the monthly closing and reporting process according to tight deadlines.

In addition, the Corporate Controller will assist in the year-end audit (Group Financial Statements), accounting topics related to IFRS and other compliance areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monthly consolidation of accounts with the Consolidation manager.
- First level review and analysis of the consolidated accounts
- Support with the Annual Group Audit
- Analysing financial data including control of balance sheet accounts
- Evaluating and managing risk including improvements in internal controls
- System improvements including automation of activities where appropriate
- Support with group accounting and compliance topics

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience within Financial Control domain from a multinational organisation (Big 4 experience is a plus)
- Masters degree in Finance / Accounting or any equivalent study
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Auditing experience
- Compliance oriented
- Accounting software experience
- Familiar with working in a shared service environment, preferably in an outsourcing context
- Analytical skills
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
