**A Snapshot of Your Day**

You’ll spend your day interacting with users, solving their IT problems with the help of a wide remote team

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Technical Support to users and IT problem resolution
- Installation of User PCs
- Installation of Mobile Devices
- Troubleshooting of Hardware problems
- User Support for MS Office suite usage
- Interaction with User Support European regional Team

**What You Bring**
- Good team spirit and people interaction focus
- Good Knowledge about Windows10 and MS Office environment
- Experience on Ticketing tools, preferably, **ServiceNow**
- Good English level - written, spoken, comprention and Reading - Level B1/2
