This implies to accelerate in deploying new services, new features, and new processes within our markets. And that's why we're looking for a **Global OOH Machine Lifecycle Product Specialist **to join our team. This person will be responsible for Product Marketing activities related to product modification, regulatory evolutions, new market introductions by ensuring up-to-date maintenance of machines documentation and other assets. You will also support the Product Managers with new product launches and lead the digitalization of existing content to enhance the customer/consumer experience.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GLOBAL OOH MACHINE LIFECYCLE PRODUCT SPECIALIST
- Ensure up-to-date maintenance of documentation of our machines & related accessories (e.g. coffee corners) in order to ensure proper understanding of our machines features for our markets and customers, and to be compliant with regulatory requirements;
- Lead digitalization of machine documentation to improve customer experience when it comes to machine setup, understanding & troubleshooting. Ensure document accessibility for local Nespresso teams and customers;
- Coordinate and ensure flawless process for User interface translation & implementation on our machines;
- Develop/update/consolidate training materials for local teams' needs;
- SKU management (Stock Keeping Unit):

- Ensure flawless execution of SKU creation process;
- Whenever possible ensure SKU rationalization;
- Improve SKU management while keeping a good level of modularity (e.g. creation of SKU packages including basic machine parts).

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
- University Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or Project Management
- Previous experience in project management and product lifecycle management would be a plus
- Interest in high-end/luxury/premium FMCG retail brands
- Fluent in English (mandatory), other languages would be a plus
- Able to work independently, including, remotely as part of a product team in Switzerland
- Sensitivity to digital experiences
- Team player, able to work with global cross-functional teams
- Drive to achieve ambitious performance targets and quality standards
- Effective planning and prioritisation of work
- Excellent interpersonal relationships and communication
