Our **IT** Department is looking for an **ERP Support Technician** for its Operations, will have the following responsibilities:
- 1st line of Support;
- Master data creation and maintenance;
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience using IT/Business tools and helpdesk or support ticketing software;
- ERP knowledge;
- Understanding of Master Data processes, procedures and standards;
- Basic Financial knowledge;
- Strong customer service vocation;
**KEY SKILLS**
- Responsibility and proactivity;
- Good communication skills;
- Attention to details;
- English mandatory;
- Teamwork.
