**Key responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate art lessons aligned with IPC themes.
- Teach a range of artistic techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media.
- Adapt lessons for diverse learning needs, including ESOL and SEN students.
- Implement the IPC Art curriculum, aligning lessons with IPC learning goals and international standards.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment with engaging displays of student artwork.
- Organize major art exhibitions to celebrate student creativity and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with IPC teachers to support cross-curricular projects.
- Stay updated with contemporary art education practices and innovative teaching methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in art education, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience teaching primary-level art within an international or inquiry-based curriculum (IPC experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of art techniques, art history, and contemporary art practices.
- Ability to integrate technology and digital tools into art instruction.
- Experience teaching in an international school setting.
- Familiarity with differentiated instruction for diverse learners.
- Passion for fostering student creativity, cultural appreciation, and artistic confidence.
