**About the role**
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Network Business Analyst to support the enablement of Smart Sites (Remote Base Stations), in particular on Energy and Network Alarm Management.
**As a part of your job, you will**:
- You will be responsible to engage with our Client’s counterparts on Business, Operations & Technology in order to capture and understand the requirements needed to implement solutions to support the client's needs;
- You will play a key role in helping Celfocus increase its footprint in our clients based on solutions to extract value from data to improve operations and customer offerings.
**What are we looking for?**
- Capture and understand the requirements needed to implement the client's needs;
- Identify the business processes impacted by the changes introduced in the systems;
- Clarify the scope, assumptions and dependencies, and ensure project alignment amongst all stakeholders;
- Act as a bridge between different stakeholders to ensure the best solution;
- Support on solution issues during technical design, development, testing, production and warranty phases;
**Personal traits**:
- Experience working in projects of the telco industry (e.g. fibre, SIM, APN, etc)
- Knowledge in the following areas:
- Enterprise / B2B (e.g. Customer Management, Multi-Tenant, etc)
- Logistic / Supply-Chain (e.g. devices ordering, stock, on-site scheduling, etc)
- IoT (e.g. provisioning processes, devices activation, smart meters data and events, etc)
- OSS (e.g. alarms, dashboards, notifications, field-force teams, etc)
- SQL and experience working with databases and using data warehousing solution is desirable
- Pro-active and willing to ask and pursue topics;
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Independent and autonomous;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Availability to travel (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
