Our **HR & Corporate Functions Business Line** is looking for a **Recruitment and Development Specialist** who will have the following responsibilities:

- Analysis and Description of Group Functions;
- Development and dissemination of “Voltalia” brand as an employer;
- Management of recruitment and selection processes of Voltalia Portugal;
- Development of the welcome programs for new employees;
- Training management process in Voltalia Portugal;
- Coordination of the organization, monitoring and evaluation of training programs to increase their efficiency;
- Act as a trainer in internal training sessions;
- Be an agent of change in the company;
- Participation in other HR activities depending on the specific needs;
- Organization of initiatives that promote the well-being of the company employees;
- Participation in different work teams.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree or Master Degree in Work Psychology or Human Resources Management;
- At least 5 Years of experience in the similar functions, preferably in multinational companies;
- Previous experience with Training Plan management and execution;
- Heterogeneous experience in Recruitment (different levels, profiles);
- Experience in Energy sector will be valued;
- Good knowledge of English;
- This position can be based in Porto or Oliveira de Frades.
