O nosso cliente é uma marca nacional que se distingue em promover e valorizar a joalharia portuguesa, recuperando as técnicas e desenhos tradicionais com uma abordagem contemporânea. Com uma presença sólida no mercado, encontramo-nos à procura de profissionais que partilhem o compromisso com a excelência e que queiram fazer parte de uma empresa em expansão, **integrando, inicialmente, a equipa do Aeroporto de Lisboa e posteriormente serem alocados à nova loja situada no Chiado.**
Como Luxury Sales Consultant terá como responsabilidades:
- **Atendimento ao Cliente**: Proporcionar uma experiência de compra única, compreendendo e correspondendo às necessidades e expectativas dos clientes.
- **Consultoria Especializada**: Utilizar seu conhecimento e experiência em produtos de luxo para aconselhar os clientes de forma adequada.
- **Fidelização de Clientes**: Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos duradouros com clientes, garantindo um serviço pós-venda de excelência;
- **Gestão de Vendas**: Contribuir ativamente para o cumprimento e superação das metas de vendas, oferecendo um atendimento personalizado e eficaz.
- **Apresentação da Loja**: Assegurar que a loja esteja sempre impecável e os produtos sejam exibidos de maneira organizada e estratégica.
**Perfil**:
- Experiência profissional comprovada como Sales Assistant em marcas com o atendimento personalizado (mínimo de 2 anos);
- **fator eliminatório**:
- Disponibilidade e flexibilidade para horários (40h/semana, Segunda a Domingo | Horários Aeroporto das 05h às 22h | Horários Chiado das 10h às 22h) - **fator eliminatório**:
- Inglês fluente (outras línguas serão valorizadas);

- Habilitações mínimas ao nível do 12º ano;
- Foco na área comercial e com orientação para objetivos/resultados;
**Oferecemos**:
- Vencimento base (1.000€) + Subsídio de alimentação em cartão (9,60€/dia);
- Feriados pagos a 100%;
- Horas noturnas (consideradas entre as 21h e 7h) são pagas a +25%;
- Subsídio de falha de caixa (25,40€/mês);
- Oferta de parque de estacionamento no Aeroporto ou o valor do passe mensal;
- Subsídio anual para compra de farda;
- Comissões entre 150€-300€ + Prémios anuais com base na performance da empresa.
