As a Senior Controller, you will be a key partner for the business by facilitating effective decision-making through accurate financial information and reports. You will need a good understanding of other financial areas to help support in decision-making and problem-solving.
In your new role, you will:
- **Develops **and **prepares IFX financial plans and budgets;**:
- **Compile **s and **reviews the budgets **for the respective parts of the organization, taking into consideration actual performance, previous expenditures, and estimated expenses and income;
- I **mplements budget planning processes **and **supports divisions/organizational units **with their budget planning;
- Conducts **financial analysis **such as **forecasts, trend analysis, or internal gap analysis;**:
- **Supports decision-making **by measuring the company's performance based on actual figures and planning;
- **Responsibility for conducting analysis **and **promoting efficiency **throughout the processes;
- **Contribution to projects**: Independent delivery of milestones;
- Typically **resolves problems **using existing solutions.
You are an organized and independent team player who is able to work in a structured way. You are proactive and have excellent communication skills which enable you to network with different partners both internally and externally.
You are best equipped for this position if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration **, **Economics, Finance, **or equivalent field of studies;
- **At least 3 years of experience **in a similar role;
- **Good knowledge and understanding of IT tools **- advanced skills in **Excel **and experience in **SAP **would be a plus;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- **Fluency in English **.
