Position: Product Manager, Grow (omnichannel analytics & engagement software)
Role Location: Lisbon / Lisboa, Portugal (FT in-office/onsite)
Passionate about digital experiences, on-device / mobile apps, and the SaaS industry? Bryj is seeking an experienced, committed, and strategic Product Manager to lead the Grow portion of our platform. This includes omnichannel analytics and engagement, an AdTech / MarTech industry sub-segment.
As a Product Manager working under the Senior Director—Product, you will work as a part of an inclusive and autonomous agile team and collaborate with other product (common platform, commerce, App Studio), design, engineering, and marketing teams across the company to deliver on time, on budget, and according to quality standards.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Own and lead the Grow product strategy, which includes all omnichannel analytics and engagement software-as-a-service for business customers. We are a horizontal platform with customers in over 20 industries and are audience agnostic. Bryj only serves business customers by creating, powering, and enabling their digital mobile app experiences that reach consumers, businesses, employees, education, and other audiences.
- Product Leadership and Execution:
- Proven collaboration and management skills adequate to lead broad road mapping sessions and execution that includes feedback from stakeholders, customers, and end-users to refine product strategies, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with
stakeholders.
- Work with UX/UI designers on new features and products.
- Write product requirements documentation, prototype management rules, user guide, and technical documentation.
- Plan and prepare sprints with the lead engineers.
- Validate new developments in production and pre-production with the lead quality assurance engineers.
- Organize, prioritize, and ensure the delivery of new developments by the engineering team in an agile environment.
- Manage and monitor all in-scope project execution, ensuring project milestones and timelines are adhered to. Care will be taken to proactively identify potential risks or issues and implement corrective actions early, as necessary.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- At least seven years of experience in product leadership roles related to the analytics and advertising technology / digital marketing industry.
- Familiarity with mobile analytics tools, push notification platforms, in-app messaging systems, SMS, in-browser messages & social.
- In-depth understanding of mobile platforms, user behavior, and mobile app best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working across worldwide time zones.
- Proficiency and proof of experience with Figma, Confluence, and Jira.
