**What you will be doing**:
The People Administrator provides excellent, administrative people support to all Sherpanees. They focus on efficient processes, same day responses and low resolution time for all incoming requests. They pro-actively document, review and challenge processes to ensure their clarity, functionality and effectiveness.
- Responsible for all people admin related requests (via ticketing system) for all legal entities and freelancers
- Coordinating closely with our external HR providers for people admin related topics, coordinating between internal requests and external knowledge
- Responsible for the essential onboarding of new Sherpanees
- Organising the pre-onboarding (requesting all relevant documents, preparing contract and HR tool profile, sending out the “welcome communication” with all relevant information, etc.)
- Preparing employment and freelance contracts (in cooperation with the People Business Partner)
- Organising the official onboarding sessions and coordinating the onboarding plan together with the leader
- Registering the new Sherpanees in all payroll, social security and employment relevant tools
- Coordinating the payroll in cooperation with external payroll providers
- Register and de-register Sherpanees with the external providers
- Collect all salary related changes and coordinate with external providers
- Answer questions (in cooperation with external providers) around social insurances
- Prepare payslips (if not done by the external providers)
- Prepare and send out contract amendments and implement the defined changes in our HR tool, the team page and inform relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Creating and sending out interim reference letters
- Owning our HR tool and answering all tool requests around time-off, absences, etc.
