**Role Description**:
As the backend lead, you’ll be responsible for leading a small team of developers working on new microservices to be incorporated into an existing ecosystem of microservices using the.net stack. You will be working closely with the architects and functional analysts to guarantee the excellence that we thrive for.

**Ideally, your profile looks somewhat like this**:

- 5 years of backend development experience required
Knowledge of Databases (both SQL and NosQL)
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (azure preferred)
- Knowledge of Event Driven Development (Kafka preferred)
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes is a bonus
- Knowledge of microservice architecture is a bonus
- Able to lead a small team of developers

**If you have some of these following skills that will be considered a plus**:

- Experience with Azure (alternatively AWS or Similar)
- 1 year of a lead position is a bonus
