**Job Purpose**:
As a Lifecycle Services Key Account Manager for End point solutions Team, you'll play a key role to develop our Lifecycle services in Portugal.

Responsible for maximising associated lines of revenue, profit and potential business by developing customer relationships, with the intention to develop new business opportunities for Lifecycle services: financial services and trade in platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute account plans for Lifecycle services.
- Work across an allocated set of accounts to identify customer targets, deliver sales proposition and increase customer spend through Lifecycle services.
- Trains and coaches Sales teams and customers on Lifecycle services concept and platforms.
- Use collaboration tools to engage with customer contacts to gain business insights, build opportunities and sell across the TD SYNNEX value proposition with support of the manager.
- Conduct customer visits, proactively maintaining relationships with customers and be seen as a trusted advisor.
- Gathers information from the customer in order to plan an effective approach that demonstrates an understanding of requirements in order to maximise opportunities.
- Develop a clear understanding of TD SYNNEX's working practices and business objectives to drive customer engagement.
- Maintain and improve customer Service Level Agreements.
- ** Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- >1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
- High level of English, oral and written. Spanish is a plus.
- IT industry knowledge.
- Financial Services industry knowledge (Consumer financing platforms/enterprise financing solutions) ideally related to technology assets.
- Proactive and able to resolve issues under own initiative.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
