We are looking for a
**IT Project Manager - Data Protection** to join a project in a client based in Lisbon (banking area). You will be accountable for project execution and follow-up concerning budget, schedule, scope and quality. You will ensure the following main missions:

- Communication Management toward project sponsor
- Planning and execution of committees (steering & project committee)
- Roadmaps and detailed planning
- Communication and coordination amongst all stakeholders

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage monitoring and reporting of the project scope
- Lead the detailed project plan and schedules
- Manage the allocated budgets
- Formalize functional requirements; define and implement functional solutions
- Propose functional architecture
- Identify test environments and create test strategy
- Anticipate and escalate potential risks and issues to Program/Division Head
- Initiate and conduct committees, prepare presentation material
- Ensure the execution and delivery of project milestones according to WMIS standard project governance & methodology
- Comply with Governance process: responsible for Architecture & Security committees / IT validation Process (including Security Form), Go-Live checklist validation and Handshake meeting checklist
- Monitor project progress and ensure proper coordination between project stakeholders through project and coordination committees

**Technical and Essential Skills**:

- Master Degree in Computer Science
- Between 6 to 10 years of experience as Project Manager, ideally working on cybersecurity topics
- Good knowledge of IT architecture principles, IT security good practices
- Proven experience on managing project teams and senior management stakeholders
- FLUENT in English MANDATORY
