The **Record to Report Direction** (R2R) of **EDP Global Solutions SA**, whose mission is to ensure the operation of the economic and financial activities supporting the EDP Group's activity, namely: i) the management of financial master data, ii) accounting, including accounting consolidation; iii) taxation, and iv) operational treasury management, including external and internal debt management, payments and receipts, bank management and cash forecasting, is looking to recruit a **Tax Specialist** for the **Tax Consultancy and Control** area.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Regular tax consultancy;
- Tax assessment (IRC, VAT, IS, IRS/IRC withholdings and IEC);
- Tax compliance with tax reporting and payment obligations;
- Analysis of tax risks;
- Participation in tax due diligence;
- Monthly reports with relevant tax information to the group's various companies;
- Monthly reports with relevant tax information to the Corporate Center;
- Critical analysis of tax inspection reports, preparation of administrative appeals;
- Critical analysis of the variation in taxes payable;
- Participation in IT projects related to Taxation.

**Looking for people with the following requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Tax or another area relevant to the job;
- Professional experience up to 4 years in economic and financial areas, particularly in operational tax matters;
- Proficiency in Office, with knowledge of SAP being valued;
- English language to be valued;
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Strong motivation to carry out operational tasks;
- Good analytical skills and critical thinking.
