Product Owner
NIPO is a fully Agile, leading SaaS platform supplier to the professional market research industry. The star of our offer is Nfield. Within Kantar, Nfield is Kantar’s destination platform and Nfield is at the heart of Kantar’s new Product Based offer (Kantar Market Place, Link+, BrandNow, etc).
Nfield is built on top of Microsoft’s Azure PaaS offer. For the past 10 years, Nfield offers the strongest capabilities and fully addresses the need for security and compliance.
NIPO is looking for an Nfield Product Owner, who can go beyond the obvious, using intelligence, passion, and creativity to inspire new thinking.
Job Details
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, opinionated and experienced Product Owner to join our Agile and fast paced team at NIPO. A Product Owner who understands the complex needs from the professional market research industry, who is keen to take ownership, who is eager develop the technical skills and who loves to interact with the most skilled developers, fellow Product Owners and customers.
As Product Owner, you will be part of the Product Management team, where you will work with both internal and external stakeholders to collect and understand business needs. You will capture features to provide solutions to these needs. Together with the wider Product Management team, you will own and prioritize the feature backlog.
You will also work closely with the development teams, as part of the teams, to refine and break down features into product backlog items, organize the priorities on team backlogs, and track progress. When a feature is delivered, you will check in with internal and external stakeholders to review that what is delivered matches the needs.
Key Challenges- Take ownership for the collection of business needs- Participate in the feature prioritization process as part of Product Management team- Take ownership for refinement of features with the development team - own the team backlog- Supervise the development and release progress, collaborating closely with the development team- Be accountable for the feature delivery, including documentation- Track feature usage and how well the feature fulfills the needs after delivery
**Requirements**:
- Shown experience within a technical role within the market research industry, preferably in using Nfield or an alternative survey platform- Preferable to have a professional background as a developer in C# and.Net technologies- Excellent interpersonal skills in English and good writing communication skills- Functional understanding of business processes in market research industry- Strong analytical abilities and able to define the user interactions with the products- Teamwork and team-player- Knowledge of and experience with agile and scrum methodologies- Familiar with software development.
